Shopping at Mrs. Peggs is safe, fun and easy. To add a product to the shopping cart enter the required number of units of each model. The cart holds your product selections and allows you to update your products and calculates order costs including delivery.
Proceeding through the checkout
When you're ready to purchase click on the Checkout button at the bottom of the Shopping Cart, and follow
the simple secure checkout process. Here you will be asked for your details, the delivery address and your
credit card information. You will then receive a confirmation page that asks you to confirm if your order
details are correct. If you have made an error or wish to change details, you can re-start the process.
When you confirm and place your order you will receive a printable receipt with a unique order number and an email confirming your order.
How safe are my credit card details?
Your credit card details are automatically encrypted and sent securely over the internet. We do not share
your details with anyone else. Our system automatically encrypts all your details using the latest 128 bit
SSL encryption technology, so your details are safe and secure. You can tell it's secure by the web address
that starts with 'https://' and a small padlock displayed in the bottom of the browser window (usually bottom left).
We deliver Australia wide using a courier service. Please allow 5 working days for delivery to metropolitan areas. Regional areas may take a little longer. The delivery cost for each order is a flat rate of $AUD32.00 per unit payable when you place your order. Deliveries within the Adelaide metropolitan area will be charged $AUD20.00 per unit.
Delivery to Overseas Customers
We currently only accept orders within Australia. If you do not live in Australia and would like to purchase
a Handy Line, please visit a Mrs Pegg's store in your region. Our international stores
are listed at the very top of this page. Alternatively, please contact us with your
request and delivery needs, and we will advise on delivery costs and total charge.
Product Availability
Our listed products (large and small models) are in stock at all times. If there is any issue with our ability
to meet your order then you will be notified.

For each transaction you make you will receive a printable receipt and a confirmation email of your order. Please note that this does not confirm our acceptance of your order in any way. For security reasons each order is manually checked. Once your details and credit card information are verified and product availability is confirmed your order will be sent to you. If for some reason your payment details cannot be verified, we will advise you by email and ask if you wish to proceed with the order by re-submitting credit card details.
Tax charges for Australian customers
All prices are in Australian dollars [AUD] with GST included. During the checkout process the relevant GST
charges will be clearly displayed in your order and your receipt.
Taxes / Duties for Overseas Customers
If you are purchasing from a country outside Australia then tax will not be applied to your order. To calculate
the price in your currency, you need to subtract 11% from the price and use the current exchange rate to convert

Cancelling an order
We will accept cancellation if the order has not been sent. If your order has been processed, paid for and sent
we will not accept cancellation but we'll accept the goods back as a "return" - see our Returns Policy below.

office hours. Please include the order number in your communication.
We understand and respect the privacy and confidentiality of our customers, and you can shop with complete confidence at Mrs. Peggs Products Pty. Ltd. All transactions processed through on this site are encrypted, and our secure server software is the industry standard for secure e-commerce transactions. This software encrypts ALL of your personal information, including your credit card number using 128 bit secure socket layer (SSL) encryption technology, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet to Mrs. Peggs Products Pty. We also offer a 30 day money-back guarantee. If you are unhappy with the Handy Line for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days and we will refund the cost of the Handy Line. Note, we will only accept the return of a product if it is undamaged and you send it back within 30 days. It is your obligation to pay for and ensure the safe return of the product to us. Please note that we will only refund delivery charges if the return is a result of our error.
